For fast processing, we really appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving a damaged/defect/incorrect item. The return product must reach us within 14 days from the date of purchase. We accept return item which is purchase through this website only. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Product not purchase through this website Is not returnable. Product that are stained, either by water or other liquids Is not returnable. Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the customer, but we will return back the postage fee in kind (Voucher) once we have confirmed the damaged / defect / incorrect item.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Chewmama Groupbuy will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their replacement item(s) within 7-14 working days after the confirmation.
